I can honestly say I don’t love the mini pochette as much as I thought I would. I bought a preloved one in great condition from 2011 at the retail price, minus the taxes.

I use it as a catch all for my bags. I think it’s annoying trying to take items in and out. I got an organizer to make it easier but I still don’t care for it :/ The chain is also kind of annoying. I feel like it might break when I’m moving my stuff around in my bag. I prefer a regular make up bag that’s a tad bit bigger. Maybe the cosmetic pouch would be better for me..

I’m only keeping it because it’s such a pretty piece and it serves its purpose.
I cut the chain off on mine because I never use it and it gets in my way. Once the chain is gone I love the MP to hold my cash, car key, chapstick and some loose receipts. I have a separate CC holder and coin holder.

Congratulations! I just adore mine and it goes everywhere, and in every handbag I own. I keep the same things in it all the time- lipstick, gloss, bandaid, Benadryl allergy, nail file, Advil, and mini hand cream:smile:

I can totally relate to the dog hair!! My Golden sheds constantly - I had to stop wearing black. He also drools a lot - yuck:smile:
But, it’s totally worth it because he’s my love bug:heart:

No way! We’ve got a golden too. Hope it’s not too off-topic, do you mind posting a picture? Goldens are my favorite breed(don’t tell my coonhound), he’s my sweet baby angel. I want to add another to the family, but I think 2 is our max right now:smile:

OT, but I noticed your avatar. Did someone get neutered? I've seen that face before! :graucho:
I was thinking of removing the chain on mine, too.

Lol, no she got a boo-boo on her foot and kept licking it and making it infected so I put her favorite collar on

I first reversed the chain so that it could be tucked into the pochette (don't know why LV doesn't reverse the hook and chain) but it still got in the way so I cut it off with my jewelry cutters.

Haha:) Just to stay on topic- as if anyone cares:) My Mini Pochette in Tahitienne <3 I love my minis!

Now to my boys! My Golden is going to be 6 this month- Teddy. I also call him my baby angel:):)
My little long haired chihuahua is 13- Milo.
I adore both breeds- one is very portable, and one is very snuggly<3<3<3
I may get a furminator to deal with all the hair, but have heard mixed reviews.

I just finished my Master’s in Psych, and my whole thesis was on the human animal bonds- dogs and horses-and how they help us, why we connect, and their uses in different therapeutic and non- therapeutic settings.

Ohhhh, my heart! Teddy is adorable. My little guy is Remington(Rembug and Lamb are his nicknames, among tons of others).
No to the furminator!! They can damage the guard hairs on long haired breeds  Stick with regular grooming with a brush and fine-toothed comb to really get to the undercoat and released hair. And yes, dogs and horses are the only reason I'm able to stay so content. Without getting too into details, I struggle a lot with anxiety; my dogs and horse are what keep me so grounded. I really love how far we've come with animal therapies, especially hippotherapy. It has been such a saving grace for so many.

CONGRATS
on your masters. That is phenomenal, I can't imagine how accomplished you must feel and I totally envy women who are able to achieve that.
Just a couple pics of the lamb :amuse:IMG_2479.JPG IMG_2480.JPG

OT - I have a furminator and it helps but won't eliminate the shedding, I brush my pit bull mix daily like she's a show dog but I still have her white fur all over the house. Once caveat with the furminator, don't push down too hard. You can tear their skin.

Thank you! I love your little guy<3 So precious!
Thanks for the input on the furminator. I’ve heard good and bad, but I will stick to the brush and comb.
It really is amazing how animals can help us with so many things!

Ps. I went back to school much later in life, so I had more discipline than when I was younger:)

Wow, that’s good to know! I sometimes wish I could vacuum the hair off him:). He probably wouldn’t mind, as he loves the vacuum!
