I’ve seen some at very inflated prices, when it still retails for the same $310 US. [emoji848]
I paid a little over retail. I was on a waitlist and I couldn’t wait any longer haha. I ordered it Friday and it was here Monday. Worth it!! It’s from 07 and the only wear is where the zipper pull is attached to the zip. [emoji5] so happy to be using it.
LOL told ya you're gonna "neeeeed" more haha! I'm also a sucker for pop of color and that red interior is what drew me in as well and love how it complements DE!!!
Get the de as well! There's word going around these pa's are supposedly on their way out so if I were you I'd snatch them up while I still can. After you receive the mono (I'm assuming you're gonna keep) play around with it and get a feel of it's versatility (use your imagination, be creative), see if it works for your lifestyle, and think about the long haul as well. Also if you want to use on daily basis you might want to rotate. Keep the de in the box when you get it. Make your decision with the mono first. Also since you're getting the regular mono pa, maybe you'd wanna keep the de mini and return the mono (if you decide to keep only one) so you'll have a variety. Hope that helped a bit

I was dying when she sent the pic!
So I asked her to return the MP Mono and put on her A game and track me down a Mono PA. That way, I’ll have variety.
If I ever decide to get another MP, I think the Mono will be way easier to get. Or in my case, just as easy as the first time. Lol.
I also have to confess that my SA sent a pic offering a DE Key Cles and said that it was just fresh out of the box and that they usually last 30 seconds so I just had to grab it. ♀️[emoji23]
Can’t wait for my two new DE beauties. Funny that even a week ago, I wasn’t even crazy about the DE and today I got two new SLGs in that same print.

So I received my new MP in DE and my Cles also in DE. They’re both beautiful but I do have to say that the quality of these bags is not like I remember.
The cles has an odd finish to the zipper. The MP looks fine but they both do have a strange strong scent of something like plastic or maybe glue?
I’ve never had any LV items that smell like that. I could almost swear they were fakes because of the smell but I purchased them from Saks!
And to add to that, they sent both items squished inside one box that seems to be too small for the MP alone, no box for the cles and no blue ribbon at all.
I’m kinda bummed at the whole thing. It’ll surely pass but I am going to the store tomorrow (which I wanted to avoid in the first place) to ask for the missing box, ribbon and a couple of LV paper bags too, while I’m at it.
Ugh.
What do you guys think?

If the smell is bad on yours, maybe see if you could do an exchange? Or even return it and see if you can get it via LV phone line? It’s up to you but you should feel happy about it just my opinion since it is a “luxury” purchase! good luck whatever you decide! (Also the customer service said it would take 2-3 weeks to come but only took a few days, in case they tell you the same!)
Update!
I went to the LV store at Saks and told them my items had been delivered with no box, ribbon, etc., and the SA was soooo nice! He was mortified that they had shipped the items like that.
He was like: “we sent it to you like this?”
He apologized (so sweet) and proceeded to go inside the SA room to re-pack my items. While I waited, another super nice SA offered me sparkling water.
I was in full princess mode.
Soon after, the male SA who was helping me, came out with 2 beautiful boxes, perfectly wrapped in their individual store bags and blank gift cards.
Such a redemption!
Lesson learned: you want something done right? Do it yourself. In person!
I also asked him about weird chemical smell and he said that was totally normal for newly manufactured coated canvas and that smell would fade eventually.
I was indeed very pleased.
Here are my new family members.
Now I just need a PA Mono and a Speedy B 25 to complete my current LV collection, lol.
