Here is my very first Balenciaga. The new size City Small metal edge in violet prune. It was love at first sight an instant purchase, which is rare for me not to think about it first lol!! Can't wait to use her.

Received my 2012 latte mini Pompon with RGH yesterday...a bit smaller than I expected but absolutely love the style and colour. A bit bummed out that the interior of the bag was covered in something that had spilled (I was told by seller it was perfect ). I think the leather has good potential, it needs a bit more breaking in though. But now I'm curious about the larger size...any shorties (5'1" or so) out there with the regular Pompon? Would love a mod shot of it left open-ish at the top, not all pommed up. (If there is such a word )..

It's not really too small as it'll fit my essentials and the size relative to my height looks good...I just love big bags, but I'm afraid the regular might be huge on me. The seller was apologetic and said it was probably hand cream (and good bet, looked like it). I turned the bag inside out and cleaned it up and aside from a couple of small marks it's fine now. I wouldn't send it back because I do love it, I haven't given it a test drive yet but I suspect I'll be looking for another sometime in the future, it's just such a cute bag .

Oh good that it was just hand cream and you cleaned it off easily. Also good that the seller was sorry about it. It looks really good on you -- so definitely a keeper. Enjoy!

Thanks Kendie, I do love it but am also itching to try on a regular size. Regarding DIY clean up, That's why I'm a fan pre-loved bags, I'd be scared of carrying a new bag, but am pretty comfortable with "making corrections" on something I haven't paid full price for!

Thanks Jaidy...it does have a sort of an almost olive green undertone in some light, I'm not sure latte is the best name for it but it's perfect for me!

I do agree about the leather peace...I'm going to try conditioning it and see if it softens up a bit. I think it has potential...

Hi Much, all my MP (2012, 2013, 2014), the leather seems heavily coated. I tried to apply moisturizer to mine, it just didn't work. I was wondering if it's meant to look "shiny but crackly" . That's why i said i love the style, but hate the leather. I do hope you have better luck with yours .

Try see if you can find them in 2010 & 2011 if you are going for more

I do agree about the leather peace...I'm going to try conditioning it and see if it softens up a bit. I think it has potential...
