Legacy Shoulder Bag in Whiskey Going Away?

I've been saving up for this bag, hoping to get it in a few months. I'm really sad to hear that it might be going away!

I posted about this in the outlets thread, but long story short, I wound up going to the outlets in Lancaster, PA today and getting the shoulder bag in whiskey and I adore it! I'm normally so anal about scratches, but I love the fact that this leather is really meant to be distressed . . . and that the most offensive scratches really do seem to rub out of it!

For what it's worth, whiskey is not listed as one of the available colors for the shoulder bag in the new catalogue (but I have seen them on display at the store near me) . . .

^^^ hanbag Helen - this was the only one, and I literally watched someone put it down before I grabbed it! It was in a final sale only bin - had been "shop worn" (according to the tag on it) and has a couple of minor imperfections that, for the price (and the fact that I have it in plum suede), I can get over easily! Sorry to tanget, just very excited about the deal!

Wow, GREAT find willowsmom!! Congrats! When you get a chance, post pictures! I love seeing this bag.

I tried ordering another shoulder bag in whiskey online yesterday, and the order went through. But later when I checked the order status, it said that this bag in whiskey is backordered and they'd let me know in 30 days if it will be available. I guess it really is going away. I'm so because I love this bag! (I ordered it just because I wanted to have a second as a backup, so we'll see what happens.)
