THIS... or it looks like you didn't put the buckle in the last hole for both sides. I think that will make it better. i have a larger duffle and i'm only 5'2"... it works best crossbody for me or doubled straps or putting on the last holes.

Are the FALL colors of the duffles at the outlets now? Hopefully they're NOT cheaper than what I paid for my tourmaline: Dillard's 30/30 $170.52 + tax. What about the bag pictured above? Haven't been to an outlet in several months.
I KNOW this has probably already been asked before in this thread, but didn't have time to read everything.
I'm doing the double strap version on my tourmaline duffle. My husband pointed out, UNLIKE the illustration pic, the strap doesn't come with a 'loop' of leather to hold the double strap together by the doubled, unbuckled side. Make sense? Does yours have a leather loop?
