Yea. It's not cognac brown....maybe more of a dark chocolate. At first I thought it was weird...the SA tried telling me it was black before and I said "no it's a dark brown". Either way it looks great on the bag ^_^ you should look into it.

Here's a pic I just took in my car....tried to get a pic of it I'm the sun to show the brown.

Here is the Burnt Orange on the left and the Carnelian on the right.
It is cloudy here today so I really can't tell a big difference although the BO is a bit more orange. I have the two of them sitting on my kitchen table now to decide which is going back. The leather on the Carnelian is much smoother but I like the color of the BO better. It is supposed to rain here tomorrow so I want to wait and see the true color in sunlight before I decide.

I'm going to have to do the very same thing. My carnelian is supposed to be delivered today and I picked up the BO at the outlet. I'm going to be doing my comparison today to see with one gets the boot.

Could you please take a few comparison pics as well? I want to see them in natural light but it is pouring the rain here and there is no sun in sight! I have the carnelian soft wallet and Wristlet that I could use with either one they are so close.
