I really want a duffle kit for my Ruby duffle, and keep stalking ebay for one, but I'm matchy matchy and there are like NONE with brass hardware... so far, only fuchsia and parchment.

Very few came with brass hardware. I remember sunflower and cognac. I don't know if cognac came in a kit. My colorblock has brass hardware, and I think the navy strap would look great with Ruby, but they didn't make it in a kit. I think you might have better luck looking for a used duffle with brass hardware. I haven't seen very many kits for sale.

Maybe you could ask your outlet to call around. Mine found me a warm grey duffle kit in the system about 2 weeks ago ( but it has silver hardware).

So excited I just bought a Legacy studded duffle in Saddle on the bay she had it listed for Bin $95.00 with free shipping, I had ebay bucks so it cost me $78.21. She said it's in great used condition.. Will post pictures when I get it. Hope it's good..

So did Robin's egg and deep port. I don't think they made duffle kits for most colors.

There were nine original duffle kits: Carnelian, sunflower, emerald, cobalt, fuchsia, black, warm grey, parchment and camel. Coach may have issued more kits with the Spring line of duffles.
I think there are two that have gold hardware- camel and sunflower.
Duffles that have gold hardware are cognac, camel, sunflower, robin's egg, deep port, black violet and (I think) mustard.
