Appearance release forms. They were shooting in hawaii. Any time you are in the immediate vicinity of a shoot, you're requested to sign papers that allows them to use your image should it make it into a final cut. Otherwise they have to spend a lot of money in the editing process, blurring out images.

Sometimes NDA forms are included but that is mainly for cast & crew with these smaller reality shows.

As for how Eddie expects Brandi to pay him back ... according to the lawyer's letter, it will be subtracted from her share of his retirement accounts.

Brandi's lawyer, Ron Rale, tells TMZ, "The lawyer who sent the letter does not represent Brandi in connection with Eddie's calculation of alleged overpayment of support." Rale adds, "It appears to me Eddie is trying at least in part to get back some of the child support he paid."

Can you even ask for child support back?? Isn't the amount set by a judge?

But LeAnn Rimes ensured the attention was all on her by wearing a Kate Moss T-shirt as she went for a walk with Eddie Cibrian in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The country singer seemed pleased as she turned heads in the well-heeled Beverly Hills area.

It was spousal support, not child support. There was an independent audit done from a law firm that they both agreed to.

I really don't have any sympathy for Brandi. She's a crass, mean spirited and vile woman that got cheated on but it doesn't make her a good person. She also lies and exaggerates to make herself the victim in every situation.

Yes, Brandi probably lied about how much money she was making, so the alimony was high…now it seems they did an audit, and she was overpaid. Of course she goes to the media and says something about it being "child support". Both Brandi and LeAnn are a mess. IMO

People aren't reading the details, he over paid SPOUSAL support, not child support. She tweeted that spin on it claiming he wants child support back, this is not the case.
She's so crooked for that IMO :tdown:
But IMO, he should leave it alone, he's married to his cash cow and it's not Brandi's fault he "overpaid". If anything, give her a little less for a while until it's settled.

Oh i know it's spousal support :)... i just think it's stupid for her to say child support bc it's not like eddie can ask for that back. that's set by a judge no? i feel if she's trying to get sympathy or whatever, she should just be honest. but i totally agree she's totally crooked for that!
