People aren't reading the details, he over paid SPOUSAL support, not child support. She tweeted that spin on it claiming he wants child support back, this is not the case.
She's so crooked for that IMO
But IMO, he should leave it alone, he's married to his cash cow and it's not Brandi's fault he "overpaid". If anything, give her a little less for a while until it's settled.
I can't believe I took the 5min or whatever to read up on this, but judging from the attorney's letter posted on TMZ, they still need to divide the QDRO, which is happening now - presumably that's why they had the audit done on support payments, the audit showed $100K overpayment (probably because of variations in income from what the original order was based on), and so Eddie wants the division of the QDRO to take this overpayment into account. He's not asking for Brandi to pay back the $100K directly.
There must be a lot of money to divide in the QDRO if they are looking at reapportioning to this extent. Brandi is likely free to have her own audit done if she disputes the overpayment (and it looks like she does).
In terms of spousal support/alimony, there is normally room for argument on both sides so we'll see what happens.
Gosh I hate that Brandi constantly feels the need to air her dirty laundry. I hope it's a blessing she's a mom of boys and not girls. This world doesn't need more Brandi's.
Well the world doesn't need more men who learn misogynistic behaviour from their parents either! I'm beginning to think Leann is the best of the three - she seems absolutely crazy/delusional (though probably not more than most celebrities) but she did release a beautiful, emotional album last year.

I've never tweeted her or written a thing about her myself. I followed Brandi after watching Real Housewives and then I followed Leann. She blocked me a day or two later.
I read that she blocks anyone that follows Brandi. Who has time for that?
I think they're both childish.
She probably blocked u cause then people who you follow, their stuff shows up in her activity feed.
Why would their tweets show up in her activity feed if she wasn't following any of us?
Also, I've never been tagged in a tweet to her.
I'm sure she's crazy (though likely not any more crazy than the average celebrity), but honestly I searched her name on twitter and she has quite a few very obsessed people constantly replying/hating/scrutinizing on every tweet that she posts.... so she's probably - and justifiably - a bit overzealous with the block button, especially with her own followers.
Of course if I were her I'd get off twitter but that's celebrity narcissism for you. I'd bet some of her haters would have nervous breakdowns if she did quit twitter haha.
It's as simple as I said above...when you "friend" someone, for lack of a better word, you get recommendations, and info in your activity feed, recommendations, etc. It sucks. I know i will unfollow or block some people so that i dont get inundated with activity that i dont like or recommendations to follow people I dont like.Why this happens, you would have to ask Twitter.

As for Leann being the best of the three.... doubtful. They're all peas of the same pod.
I don't think that's how it works on twitter. If someone is following me but I'm not following them I see absolutely nothing from them. They will see my stuff but I won't see theirs. Twitter isn't like Facebook, you can follow someone on twitter without them following you back. Facebook is where you have to friend them & they have to accept. A public twitter can be followed by anyone at any time.
Didn't say it was like FB..that is why I said FRIEND for Lack of a better word.
But I know in MY Twitter account I Do see recommendations, info, etc from people who I follow. When it gets to be too much, I unfollow.
I think you both might be saying the same thing - as far as I know, on twitter if I follow a person, I get recs, info, etc from that person like you said. But if a person follows me and I don't follow them back, I don't see anything from that person unless the person tweets me directly. I think that's what KatherineO was referring to.
