I guess I still don't understand why everyone is thinking Leeann is creating a bad environment for the boys. Really is Brandi a whole lot better?? From what I've seen of her I'm less than impressed or convinced she's a great mother. If Leeann is truly getting treated for stress and anxiety then good for her for trying to get a handle on it before it gets out of control!! I've dealt with anxiety off and on for years and its hard and doesn't always come from stress like kids, money, relationships, etc. I'd consider my life to be pretty cushy and it always has been and I still get super stressed and anxious. I think her behavior may have been a way of trying to mask all the emotional issues she was having and didn't know how to deal with. I'm certainly not a huge fan of hers, but I mean really...give the girl a break.

So she is upset by what people are saying about her online? I do feel bad for her if she let's it get to her but i think that 'let's' is the operative word here because what do people on the internet that have never met her really matter? As long as she knows herself then she should shrug her shoulders and carry on doing her.

LeAnn Rimes is fighting back against two women who she claims illegally tape-recorded her during a phone conversation without her consent.
Court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday one day after Rimes voluntarily entered a facility to "cope with anxiety and stress" claim that Kimberly and Lexi Smiley "conspired to spitefully ensure that out-of-context excerpts of that recording would be disseminated to the public."
The documents state that Rimes does not know the true names of the defendants, so is using their fictitious names.
The conversation which went viral and was still online as of early Thursday evening has Rimes attempting to keep the peace between herself and a Tweeter who defends Rimes's husband Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.
In the documents, which state that the Smiley women's actions have caused the country singer "emotional distress," Rimes seeks to be "compensated for the harm that she has endured as a result of the defendants' malicious actions."
By California law, both parties need to give consent to be recorded during a phone call, and Rimes alleges she was taped without her approval.
"There has been this cyber-bullying that has been going on for a considerable period of time," Rimes's attorney Larry Stein told Celebuzz. "These women have been merciless vitriolic in their attacks Rimes didn't like it, but she hoped things would get better."
A source close to the country star, who just turned 30, tells PEOPLE, "The events described in the lawsuit are a part of, but certainly not the only reason LeAnn has sought treatment."

If what I heard on the radio this morning is true about the conversation then I do feel bad for her. From what I heard she was being super sweet to the girl{s} on the phone saying basically "I am human, I have feelings, if you gave me a chance and really got to know me I bet we could even be fiends" etc. . . .
She gets on my last nerve; but phone calls, incessant abuse online {twitter, e-mail, blogs} by these friends of Brandi would take it's toll on pretty much anyone I'd think.

The "lady" in question is a high school special education teacher.
What a bully she is.
I shudder to think how she treats her students.
LeAnn started off the phone call with, "*****, it's LeAnn. You have 5 minutes to say what you want to say to me." LeAnn called the woman while she was at lunch with her Twitter followers and then proceeded to curse the woman out on speakerphone in a restaurant full of people. The transcript and audio of the call are out there and it doesn't paint LeAnn in a pretty light. The woman never tweeted directly to LeAnn and has a private account. The only way LeAnn would know what she was tweeting is if someone told her or if she had created a bogus account to spy on the woman.
