I can say eating a strict diet can and will make you go crazy, I'm on a raw vegan diet right now and sometimes lose my mind. I have to eat regular foods at times.

I think she's really only fooling herself. I'm willing to bet her issues are food, speed & alcohol. She is ALWAYS drinking.

I would say eating disorder for sure, but I had no idea she was a drinker as well. That is kind of counterintuitive to the eating disorder since alcohol makes you bloated.
