Agreed. She would be taken a lot more serious. I hope she had a prenup. I have a feeling she's going to be in for a rude awakening with dear hubby.
So do I. I actually think she could even pull off red. Some people are just lucky like that.
I can say with 100% positivity that her hair is blonde again (at least since last night). I actually saw her perform with my city's symphony-- I am not a fan, but she was the headliner last night and my in-laws have season tickets.
Just a little tidbit, she looked pretty (high-waisted khaki slacks, deep v-neck olive top, cool turquoise earrings-- we sat on the 2nd row so I was close enough to fashion-stalk
) but seemed a little 'off'. She didn't follow a set list and only utilized the symphony on about 3 songs, which I was disappointed in. Toward the end she complained of a really bad toothache, said she was having a root canal Tuesday. Which could explain the slightly loopy behavior? There was an akward moment at the end when the conductor couldn't seem to tell whether or not she was going to do an encore. When she finally came back out, she'd been visibly crying and ended up doing an acapella "Amazing Grace."
Honestly, I checked out around the 3rd song, one from her new album that she said "told a lot" about her as a person-- which was a song about being in love with someone who is with someone else.
Didn't resonate well with me.
