Hi! New to Hermes! I know you have to wait and have a journey with Hermes to get certain bags. Is it ever possible to go into a store to get a Picotin 22? I’ve bought sandals from their website but I don’t live anywhere near an Hermes store. I’m going to Las Vegas next month, and I’d love to get a Picotin!

I’m sorry for the 100s of questions but I’m new to Hermes and the nearest boutique to me is three states away.
I’m going to Vegas next month and going to purchase a few things from Hermes (bracelet and shoes), and I’d love a Picotin 22 or Herbag. I made an appointment today at the City Center boutique for a few weeks from now - is there any reason I’d be denied an appointment? I have bought Oran sandals online!
Thank you for your help!

Thank you! Does anyone know if they take an online purchase into consideration as making a prior purchase?

are you thinking of just being a casual shopper or building a relationship for a quota bag in the future? if the lather, consider if you will be able to travel often to get that quota bag and build that relationship in both in-person and via text. Seems like you already have made an appointment right? So why are you concerned about being denied an appointment? Also, I personally have not heard anyone being denied an appointment if there is time available that you'd like.

I dont know about City Center, but when I first shopped with my current SA she was sweet enough to text me prior to the appointment to discuss what i was after and make sure they had stocks (don't know if this was a normal protocol or I just lucked out with my amazing SA)

About online shopping - if you are looking to build a relationship, I would have an open discussion with your SA how you should handle that going forward since some SM consider online shopping negatively on their profile.

Vegas is all about loyalty :) When I see something I like online, I would text it to be SA to give them a chance to find it for me, or ask her if i should order online when I need an item urgently.

Good luck on your journey :) I LOVE shopping in Vegas

Thank you for the reply! I think I'm just really nervous about being a first-time Hermes boutique shopper. I would love a quota bag in the future but right now I just want a Picotin or a Herbag, but I plan on buying a bracelet and shoes while I'm there. I have no idea if those bags are easy to come by. Your SA sounds fantastic!

I never been to city center, my home store Bellagio is very friendly but their stock is lower. Based on recent post, if u r not picky about color seems like Picotin and Herbag aren’t hard to come
