I love bellagio. just like other store, if you get a quota offer or Constance, you will have to pick up in person.

As with many things with respect to Hermes, this is not universally true, and is definitely not universally true of Vegas stores as I also shop in Vegas. They will ship even quota bags, but it's very subjective and I suspect not typical for most clients.

I think your impression is correct. Vegas actually has long term customers now (some who are local but many who are not). Because the inventory is so low, they sort of need to accommodate those folks first rather than the perceived casual passerby on rare items. Fingers crossed you find success elsewhere!

Yes this! There are a lot of long term clients now in Vegas, especially at my home store, versus mostly transient previously.

interesting - did you have to pay in person? when I got a B and C last year, I was told I had to pay in store, but they can ship overnight if I had a luggage issue.

im just visiting so not really. One of them did ask me where im from or where i usually shop. My impression was that she cant sell me rare items coz its not my local store. But oh well, it’s been fun Vegas ✌
I’m in Vegas, too and checked out all 3 stores between Monday/Tuesday. I got the same impression. Wynn started by asking where my home store is.

That makes sense

Hi ladies,
I just moved to Vegas and want to start a relationship with an SA. I do have big collection of Birkins already that I have purchased over the years in Paris. But now it's such a hassle to get an appt. I would rather try to build where I live. What boutique would you recommend? I feel like Wynn would have the biggest spenders and I can spend but not SPEND if that makes sense.

I will be headed to Vegas in April and wondering what are the odds of walking out with a Picotin 18 in Gold or other neutral? I have no intention of acquiring a quota bag in the future.

I think this can be very possible if they have stock. Back in September I was in Vegas for several days and inquired of a Picotin 18 at all 3 boutiques. For the first 2 days Bellagio and Crystals H mentioned no stock but a shipment was expected to be coming soon and for me to check back. Two days later a shipment arrived and the SA I spoke with (who told me to check back) was able to check that 3 had arrived. One of the new arrivals was Nata with PHW while the others were bright colors I can't recall. I requested to purchase but she had to ask her manager for approval (not sure if this is normal process for a picotin or all popular bags even if not a quota). It was my first time shipping there at an H in Las Vegas but still received a call a few hours later that I could come in and purchase it.

For per my SA, leather goods and purse are sought after and hard to come by right. So not abnormal for a new customer to get manager approval IMP

I would tell you this having had my home store in Vegas for many years now, and having frequented the other boutiques as well. There is not a Vegas boutique that attracts more "big spenders" versus other locations. The only thing with Vegas boutiques that is relatively unique is the amount of transient traffic versus long-term clients - however, this has changed in recent years.

I have found that the SAs are by & large very sweet and helpful at Bellagio, but that their inventory lacks by comparison to other locations. Crystals and Wynn have newer boutiques and inventory is better at these locations. I think that if you are looking to build a long-term relationship, the location doesn't matter as much as finding an SA that you really like working with.
