HI!!
So good to hear that you shop at the Bellagio store.
I have chosen Bellagio to be my Hermes store and I shop from there 100%...I shop remote and not in the store. I live in SoCal and my local store is the BH store but I haven't had a good interaction with the SAs unfortunately. I went to Vegas for my bday in September and that's where I met my lovely SA at Bellagio. I've been shopping A LOT from her...more than $15k....I finally sent her my wishlist last week. Have you had any luck getting a Birkin or Kelly offer at that store? Is it better to go and shop there in person? I just want an offer so badly!!! Any tips you can share I would appreciate! Thank you so so so much!

Hi, just wanted to post an update on my recent Las Vegas experience. On Tuesday I met with my SA at Bellagio. Since I am not local to Vegas, this is only the second time I met her face to face. We are still getting to know one another, but I feel very lucky that she was able to take over the prior account I had with my old SA (since she left). She knew I was coming in, and I was aware my luck would likely be very limited due to lack of inventory. I didn't ask about bags (I assume there were very little). As far as SLGs I was told there was none, which didn't surprise me. I felt fortunate to get a pair of shoes I wanted. I got the Elixir sandal in noir (they only had a mustard yellow in the store), so she ordered them for me. Since Bellagio doesn't currently carry make-up, she ordered me the illuminating powder. I can't wait to try it out! Lastly, I got the Kelly Mens Bracelet for my son. There were not many things to choose from. Needless to say, it was a nice Hermes experience. But, beware if you go in and hope to find a particular thing. Unless you are going in to get something that was put aside for you, the odds of finding what you're looking for is low.

Just saw on the Hermes website that the three Vegas stores will all be closed from 3pm today (Christmas Eve) through Sunday, opening at their normal hours on Monday December 27.
Interestingly , we are currently in Vegas and the Wynn location was open yesterday…another H mystery ? But I was astonished to see so many carrying their H bags - I’ve never seen so many in such a short time span ..

Ha! Sounds like someone on the website team just copied and pasted the same message that originated from stores that are always closed on Sundays anyway!

We are also staying at the Wynn and the bag eye candy is insane! I posted on the Wildlife thread that I saw a Himalaya Birkin earlier in our stay. The owner was on her way into H, of course.

I heard from a couple of SAs that stores are also closed around New Year’s. With pay. Because H had such a stellar year!

Hi ladies!!! Update on the two Vegas stores.
Crystals location: terrible customer service, no one approached us to help. No SLGs, no bags on display, they were having a watch event.
Bellagio location:Amazing customer service, low on SLGs, I saw 3 calvis, one compact bearn wallet in Gold. No bags. Very friendly atmosphere!

Thanks for the update! Did you happen to make it to the Wynn location? When we were in Las Vegas in December, Bellagio had the best selection of silks, but both Crystals and Wynn were pretty much picked clean. I have been told by multiple H SAs that Bellagio is the best-stocked location, even though it’s not the biggest; my regular SA is at Crystals, so I usually start there. (PS Sorry to hear you did not have a good experience at the Crystals location…)

I did not go to the Wynn location as I visited them in the summer of 2021 and they said the same spheel about no bags due to Covid blah blah blah, so I didn’t even bother this time around.
