I don’t know if she is a first time buyer . I highly doubt it as she seemed to have a good rapport with the sales associate .. Which made me believe they are lying to us

The likely scenario is that she is an established customer at Bellagio. She prob came in just for the offer, which a lot of Vegas customers do (I am one of them at B).

but it has been discussed in another thread that stocks is low, which is true.. but the claim of not having bags to offer to existing customers may be a bit exaggerated by SA.

I might be a new customer to the H shops in Vegas. I did stop by the B store and I was told they had NOTHING on Sunday. At the end, I did score a Lindy at other shop and I “heard” it might have been the only 2 lindys available (to new clients I guess) in Vegas over the weekend. I was told there’s no Picotin but I did see another SA came out with a picotin lookalike box ….maybe that’s for existing clients.

I posted this in the general Hermes shopping thread and was advised to also try here. There is no Hermes boutique where I live. Next month I'll be in Las Vegas and I would like to get a black double tour leather band for my Nantucket watch. Is that something likely to be available, or should I call ahead to one of the boutiques? The Nantucket style I have is a bit older. Any advice that will make my trip successful is welcome!

Call the store to make an appointment and mention what you are looking to purchase. But also expect that may not be available in store right away, but they can usually place order online for you if you are there.

Are you looking to build a relationship? What defines a successful trip for you?

Hi, kiki119. My hope is that I can get a new strap put on my watch when I'm there. That would be a successful trip for me, actually wearing the watch out of the store with my new strap on. I don't travel to cities that have Hermes stores often so I can't place an order one trip and then go back to pick up the item another time. I will take your suggestion to call ahead and describe what I want. Hopefully it can be ordered and arrive by the time I get there. Thank you for your reply.

I have straps shipped to me before when they needed to order :)
