Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can guide me what to do. I'm in a bit of situation here. I started my Hermes journey back in April 2021 at Wynn store. (my home state doesn't have a H store.)
I made an appt over the phone and was matched to a SA who seemed disengaged working with me.:(
I eneded up buying a few things from him anyways.

After a few days I went back to Wynn to exchange the gold belt buckle i bought to rose gold, but worked with another SA (I made an appt requesting him. He was recommended from another online forum) and purchased a few more things from him. He wasn't the friendliest either, and I felt like we didn't 'click'. He didn't even give me his card. (And I forgot to ask) :(

I'm back in Vegas now and was planning to get a few more things from the second SA, but found out that he'a on vacation until next week! I'm here only until Friday. :(

Should I go see the first SA? Or should I find another SA?
Can anyone recommend me a friendly SA in Vegas?

Also, does anyone know if I go to another store, my purchase history for getting a B/K/C starts over? I'm thinking of switching to Crystal mall as I heard they have better stock situation lately.

Thanks !

are you looking for something specific on this trip?

If I were you, I would NO go back to either SA at WYNN... i would just try my luck for the 3rd one, if you are not feeling it, then dont buy anything and try Crystal.

I am a Bellagio girl, stock may not be as good as the other 2 I've heard, but i know many here have good luck with SA there.

In my experience, Vegas stores are VERY competitive with one another and do not appreciate customers that shop around. Going to a different store will not only reset your “prespend” but likely also put you into a category of a one night stand “bag hunter” which will take a few visits of loyalty (ie without shopping elsewhere in between) to get rid of. The Wynn is a brand new remodel so I would be surprised to hear that Crystals stock is much better currently. If I were you, I would go to the Wynn walk in line and ask for the first SA that you worked with. If he’s not available, shop with whichever SA is available there and maybe you will hit it off. Do be aware that stock is severely low across all categories at all three stores so dont take it personally if the SA isnt able to find the items you are requesting, especially in terms of quota bags (but even small things like Calvis are low).

I'm looking to get a small gold necklace and a few home things this time.
I heard nice things about Bellagio store too. I'm really contemplating switching to another store but I don't want to forfeit my purchase history.

Thanks! This is exactly what I wanted to know. I'm trying to build my path of getting a B/K/C, so it's important my 'prespend' doesn't go to waste. I will stick to Wynn and hopefully the first SA is in nicer mood this time. Haha
I'm looking to get fine jewerly and home things so hopefully they are not too hard to get.

Honestly, they are very low stock. I’m talking empty shelves with a single vase and two ashtrays out for the home section. Everyone has caught on that these categories help and have raided the supply. Definitely ask for what you’re looking for but brace yourself for it potentially not being in stock. Good luck!

Wow didn't know it was that bad.. thanks for the heads up!

The H business model has an emphasis on relationship building. If your concern is to not “waste your prespend” stay with the Wynn, make an appointment and see which SA gets assigned to you.

It’s important to find an SA who you connect with because they will be your representative in advocating for your wishlist. Shopping with the same store can help in an SA’s proposal to offer you a quota because you’ve already spent X amount there. So if there’s an SA who clicks with you and wants to offer you a bag, your purchase history in the SAME store can help.

Hope this helps!

to save you a trip, bellagio is low with home items just like what @acrowcounted mentioned.

I was told Home & Leathers are a year behind when I visited in Late May

thanks, it helps alot. I looks like it's best to stick with Wynn.

Hi, this is my first post, but I have been lurking for a while. I’m not knew to loving bags and collecting, but I am fairly new to Hermès other than the Evelyn I bought in Paris a couple of years ago. I am in Scottsdale and Vegas is one of my closest stores, so I’m heading there on Wednesday. Thursday’s my birthday. Does anyone think that can work to my benefit. I know my chances of a K/B are remote. But I will get a different bag of I like. Where are bust odds and what’s my best strategy? I’d love all thoughts.

other than K/B, what are the bags you are looking for?
I would suggest calling one of the boutiques (probably WYNN seems to have best stocks based on everyone's opinion) and ask for an appointment and be specific of the items you are looking for. If that store does not have what you want, then call the next store. But keep in mind that if you want to build a B/K, you should stay with that SA and that store.

I never responded to you to thank you. I ended up going to the Wynn but inventory for everything was low in general. I will go up again in a couple of weeks. There are a number of things I want so if inventory is better maybe I will walk out with something new :-) and meet an SA for the long term. :-)
