I don't think it is that serious. I made an appointment online. An SA texted then called me and asked what I wanted to see. I said a multiple number of items (not bags) and also hinted that I wouldn't mind seeing a Constance if one was available. There was obviously no C available, but when I went into the store I just clicked with the SA and we kept texting. The bags have come more naturally since then. I do note what I want (Ks and certain Bs) and let her suggest things that she thinks I would like. It's very casual and I think she appreciates it.

Thanks for the advice. From the advice I've seen, it sounds so serious at times like people going in quite often. Is there an expectation of fairly regular visits?

I don't think there's any expectation that you go in, but I do think it is good for your SA to see or hear from you on occasion. I go 4x a year and shop with my SA via phone at other times. I think @_kiki119_ will also have some great experience to share as well.

sorry for late reply! I was on vacation last week :smile:
I started my H journey in Oct 2020 by purchasing in store first. She shared her phone and we just texted and shopped via phones about once 4-6 weeks depending if she has my items in stock. My SA is completely happy to help me via phone orders, but if you offer a quota bag, you just need to make a trip to pick it up.

I don't text my SA just to chat about the weather... I just text her when I see something I like and sometimes turn into other conversations, but I let my SA take the lead on how much she wants to chat.

Thank you for the info. Will keep it casual. Do you arrange for date/time (appointment) for going to the store prior to flying in?

Yes :) so she has an idea what i am looking for.

will it be your first time? They still require appointment Friday to Sunday. You can either call the store for an appt or contact h.com. I requested appt cia h.com and that how i found my sweet sa! She even asked me what i was looking for when she first called me and discuss the stock and possibility for my visit

Yes my first time. I've never even been to a H store in Vegas before. I always went straight to Chanel. I will do what you suggested and hopefully the bag gods also match me with a great SA
