Thanks guys!!! I’m trying to be . Do you guys think I need to buy monthly or every other month for my SA to really remember me? Or since it’s been 10 months, my SA should know and I can just relax?
When you say you just let it happen; does that mean, you were not going in regularly to make purchases?
I normally just text my sa for the items I want. Then I”ll get it mailed or I would go in to pick it up. My sa actually remembered me from day one so it wasn’t how much I was buying. My sa know the bags i want so when they get something in i will get a texted from my sa.
I personally don’t believe you should keep buying just for the sake of buying. I would think your sa would remember you since you’ve been shopping with them for a while. Also have a conversation with your sa regarding your wishlist bags.

May I know the name of SA plz??? I'm going to Vegas this month and some of SAs I talked with are soooo weird. I simply text them the items I want such as clothes, shoes, and something else. And they just don't reply me. And one of them even said that she has so many clients and she's not interested in getting new ones. It sounds like your SA is really nice!!!

H.com CS was very helpful when I started at Vegas.I only shopped at Bellagio since that's where we usually stay, so I don't have good feedback on which boutique is better. But based on what I've read each boutique have its strengths and area of improvements.

I would recommend the Crystals boutique or Ballagio, in that order - IMO the Encore/Wynn boutique is not worth visiting. It is very small and the inventory is quite limited. Additionally, the SAs there are generally less willing to assist transient clientele versus the other boutiques.
Crystals is my homestore and they opened a new, two-story location not too long ago which is gorgeous.
The Wynn just remodeled and reopened as two floors. Usually this also means increased inventory but I haven’t been there since.
You're right - I totally spaced that they just reopened in the new mall section. I was literally there a couple of weekends ago and, as we only stay at Encore, noted that the previous location was gone, duh.

This is just from what I read/saw on tpf and Chinese IG (not sure if this is true since I don’t have any personal experience to share with)

Chances of being offered a b or k on walk-in basis and brand new customer on the day of: Crystal=Wynn > bellagio
