BTW, sometimes the SAs can be very busy and they might forget to call you back. With Hermes, we cannot really "order" a particular spec via PO or SO until we reach a particular level of relationship with the store. We can only wish for a certain spec and hope that the store gets it (and then hope that you are on the top of totem pole of the people wishing for the same spec). Perhaps your store doesn't have the particular spec of Picotin that you are wishing for yet. I personally observe that a lot of Hermes SAs dislike saying no to their customers and would delay the no for as long as they can. Perhaps that is why you haven't received the callback. They prefer to say "not yet".

As for the totem pole (also known as the order of the sticky notes) stacking order, that is a completely different discussion. The stacking order is of course based on the purchase profile (amount spent, frequency of purchases, overall appreciation of the brand, a dash of luck and recent offers etc).

Yah you are right. The picotin that im looking for is the tresage with the braided handle. Im so in love with it and im afraid that if I wait longer, it might be sold out. So that is why im thinking about going to Vegas to try my luck with another SA and start relationship with him/her.

I know that they are busy but at least an email wouldn't take long :(

My Bellagio SA has a list of things I want from the crystals store and they are just waiting until the 30 day "no transfers" rule ends before I can get the items. I hope no one else buys them first...or maybe I hope they do lol

Bellagio had better silk stock IMO. Was offered an Etain Evie tpm that was not on display after I bought my Awoo 100 CS though. I’m guessing most of their stock is hidden.

Which CW of Awooooo did you get? I am waiting for CW16. I am sure most of their stock is hidden because I just had another wallet bleeding session by phone.

Anyways, I look forward to seeing you stash.

Love your haul!!!! Those scarves are TDF.
As for me, just some shoes, RTW, a CSGM and more teacups. No Croc anything this time. Still twiddling my thumbs for the Croc B. I think I increased the wait time with the HW requirement.

They cannot sell me a bag over the phone because of the policy. Otherwise, I might call and ask them about the Etain Evie TPM.

Oo which CSGM did you order? Yes, I was quiet surprised that she offered that to me. I didn't spend that much, nor do I have a history with them. My SO does though lol. I had to tell her that I turned down a BE tpm before at my home store due to size.

CW03 of the Grand Manege Bandana. Hopefully, it will ship either today or tomorrow. My SA is waiting the second pair of shoes to transfer into the store.
