Have you been with them for a long time? Personally I would consider switching SAs because that was a blatant lie. I’m from a different store and I heard more than six months ago about the inventory they would be getting. Almost everyone left with a bag.

Ive been at Crystals since their opening way back (also have been loyal to H for almost 20 years). I've been with 2 amazing SAs that sadly both retired and the current SA was referred. She has offered me a B 30 Blue Zanzibar which i graciously took. So I assuming we are in good terms but Im just lost why she would tell me that. Possibly because of my color selection? ( I do prefer neutral to dark tones)

I do have to agree with you; been with this brand for a while now. Any suggestions at Crystals anyone? or possibly somewhere else in Vegas? thanks!!

The next day we went to Crystals about an hour after it opened and it was a zoo. My home store is the Bellagio store so I do not have much of a history at Crystals. It took me about an hour before someone was available to help me. From what I saw, most people were leaving with birkins, kellys, kelly pochettes and constances. There were a lot of exotic wallets. From what I could see most of the birkins offered were epsom or togo. There were a few guests escorted to dressing rooms and I presumed the exotics were being shown there.

While I waited, I saw a woman purchase a violine ostrich kelly sellier and another purchase a 30cm ostrich rose pourpre birkin. Another gentleman purchased a 25cm kelly seller in noir epsom for his wife. A LOT of kelly pochettes were offered in swift leather, but it did not look like many were being purchased. It was the most amount of kelly pochettes I had ever seen in one place. I was offered several choices of kelly pochettes in swift (which I declined because I was interested in exotics) and several choices of constances (which I also declined because I was not interested in the leather or already had the color combination.) I was a little disappointed because I heard a lot of amazing bags would be coming in but most of them were in leathers/colors I was not interested in. I realize this could be because its not my home store so more exciting things may have been offered behind closed doors to their regular clients. It was nice to see so many happy satisfied shoppers and it is a beautiful store. It was fun to have experienced a grand opening but my husband joked that ironically it was the least expensive trip we've ever made to Hermes because I left empty handed.

Hello all TPFers, can anyone pls recommend a nice, fairytale SA in Vegas? I am desparately looking for a sincere SA that can help me getting a B/K.

I have a awful experience with a SA in another state. He keeps promising me to get me a Picotin tresage (just even a Picotin) but didnt hear back from him. So Im in doubt if he ever can help me with B/K. I mean I dont mind spending money to buy what I really like in Hermes, but if I continue to spend more money with an unreliable SA, is t a waste of money?

So I am really desparated looking for a nice, trustworthy SA. Please help me!! Thanks all!

Wow ! Timing is everything ! I love leather KPs and there are never any there when I visit...twice a year for the past 8 years ! I waited 3 years for my last one in Toronto... :(

Any of them should be able to help but in my experience, you have to go often, spend decently, and never shop for Hermes anywhere else or else you'll go to the bottom of the list. They value loyalty and they know they are a tourist town so if you already have any purchase history with another store, it will take a while to prove that you've truly switched stores and they won't offer the coveted bags until you do. And you have to be able to get there within seven days of a bag offer to purchase it in person too.

How long have you been waiting for a picotin with your current SA?

I won't say that we cannot shop anywhere else. Our SAs certainly understand that sometimes we truly need a pacifier from H at a specific moment. But it helps to get better bag offers if it is unambiguous that the Vegas store is the home store.

Hello acrowncounted, thank you for your advice. I have been waiting for his response for a month. I called him 4 times and everytime I ask about it, he said he will call me back in 2 days but he didnt....The think is if they cant help me with ordering the bag, just tell me that they cant help me, it is ok for me rather than waiting for his response hopelessly., plus it is not professional too. Promised to call back but never do!

With his service, how can I trust him to get me a bag in the future?!?!

Hermes need loyal customers but customers also need a trustworthy SA that they know for sure that the money they spent at that Hermes store with that SA is not a waste.

Im sorry I am so frustrated now so I really need a good SA...

I shop at the Bellagio store. And please don't take this personally. I do not name my SA in public. Bellagio store is a very nice store and the SAs are super helpful and friendly. And I am pretty sure other tPFers at Crystals will say the same about Crystals.

BTW, sometimes the SAs can be very busy and they might forget to call you back. With Hermes, we cannot really "order" a particular spec via PO or SO until we reach a particular level of relationship with the store. We can only wish for a certain spec and hope that the store gets it (and then hope that you are on the top of totem pole of the people wishing for the same spec). Perhaps your store doesn't have the particular spec of Picotin that you are wishing for yet. I personally observe that a lot of Hermes SAs dislike saying no to their customers and would delay the no for as long as they can. Perhaps that is why you haven't received the callback. They prefer to say "not yet".

As for the totem pole (also known as the order of the sticky notes) stacking order, that is a completely different discussion. The stacking order is of course based on the purchase profile (amount spent, frequency of purchases, overall appreciation of the brand, a dash of luck and recent offers etc).

Good luck! Hope that you will either work it out with your current SA or find a new SA in Vegas or otherwise that will help you get your bags.
