Heading to Vegas in couple weeks for their jewelry trunkshow. Will there be any bag offered during this type of event? 😬

This must be at Crystals? There is a bracelet I want and the only store in the US that has it is Crystals. My SA just tried to source it for me and they told her there is an event coming up so they won't let any of the bracelets go lol (and they have eight of them!).

This Kelly Chaine double bracelet. Sounds like they have a lot of great stock prepped for this event!
Oh I’ve never seen the double one. It’s pretty! I want this one too but the single one. They got 1 before but the bigger size. Hopefully they will have it during the event.

So far they’ve sent me pictures of all $100k +++ jewelry 🙃

Crystals is hosting a High Jewelry event on Friday Dec 8. They will have huge inventory of “normal“ fine jewelry as well as a large collection of their one of a kind High Jewelry pieces. Very senior folks in the Hermes organization will also be present for the event (allegedly the CEO).
Apparently, very little jewelry will be at Bellagio opening as it is held at Crystals for the event. If you shop Bellagio, your SA can go with you to Crystals to shop jewelry. This "double up" happened by accident since they pushed back the Bellagio opening too after F1. Also to note, all Bellagio store opening shopping appointments have been taken up for sure on Thursday and perhaps Friday as well.

Friday is open to the public. They will be taking walk ins, though I expect the line will be around the block. There was a long line of clueless people already on the day they put up the ropes just to keep people away from the newly installed door weeks ago…

Yes you are 100% correct. I will be heading the opening and my SA already said she wasn't able to source majority of the jewelry items I wanted and also she wouldn't be able to get me a bag because I received one few months ago. I think if someone is dropping big $$$$ then the magic may happen?! Regardless, I am happy to be invited to the event and soak it all in! Thanks for all the info!!

@acrowcounted How would something like this (jewelry event at Crystals / Bellagio reopening) affect other stores like the Wynn? :amuse: Would we get less bag offers because most are going to the other 2 stores?
It times past, yes, all stores in the region/country would see a down turn in deliveries for the few weeks before and couple weeks after a new store opening. These post covid days, however, seem to not overload new stores the way they used to precovid so it’s likely little effect. Also, I’m not sure how many bag offers will be made at the jewelry event. The store will be open for very limited hours (10-5?) and will also have appointments with clients and SAs from the other two stores where bags would obviously not be in the equation. I’m thinking the jewelry event will a) mostly have clients that are spendy enough to already be maxed out on bags for the year and b) be more of an event for one to spend and position themself well for a good offer in the nearish future/2024.
