Hi all! I was wondering if anyone has tried to do repair services at any of the Vegas locations and what their experience was. Trying to send a vintage purchase to the Hermes spa!
I don't have spa experience via a Vegas store but through a So Cal store. They simply act as intermediaries to get your bag to a spa (and back) whether it be to a US spa (BH, NYC, SF) or France. Vegas doesn't have a spa onsite. Spa service can take weeks to months depending on spa queue, repair needed and where it is sent. HTH

Thanks for the info! I got a bag that's so old, it has the department store stamp on it lol :') Hopefully they'll accept it for repair.

My home store is in Vegas and I have used this location for spa. It's straight forward - give them your bag and they will send it to spa for you & provide a quote for what needs to be repaired. You approve it, they repair your bag, and then send it back to the store for you to collect in person. Very simple process.

A little off topic but it’s for a Vegas store.
Out of curiosity when you SA no longer works there how do you find out?

I’m from out of town and sent my SA a message about an upcoming trip but haven’t heard back. We clicked and I don’t think I’m being ghosted but I’m wondering if the SA no longer works there how would I find out since I’m not local and can’t just pop in.

My home store is one of the Vegas boutiques, too. I live on the East Coast, so like you, I can’t just pop in on the regular. Per my SA, they don’t receive their schedules until maybe a week out, so I’ve learned to expect a delay in hearing back from her until a few days before my visit (since she has nothing to report). She accommodates me every time, but scheduling too far in advance just doesn’t happen. Hard for the planner that is me, but I’ve learned to adapt. Maybe circle back about a week out if you haven’t heard anything?

I do notice that when I text the SA’s, you can tell if they’ve “read” the text. Not sure if that’s true for all SA’s but the few I have contacted in various boutiques domestically was the case.

That’s just an iOS setting with messages. The two SAs that I’ve worked so uh unfortunately (but understandably) do not have their read receipts on/enabled.
