Was there this past weekend, my SA said they’re focusing on lower priced bags in an attempt to bring new customers to the brand, so quota bags were low in stock. A few picotin 18s, garden party 30s, herbags, and new style bags at Crystals when I was there. My SA hinted that a Kelly pochette is available, but I wasn’t interested so declined to take a look.

So happy to get a picotin 18 upon my first visit. The store wasn't busy and SAs were just chatting amongst themselves. I was there for a while and finally a lovely SA asked if I needed help. I asked for specific scarves & ties, and then a p18. And just like that I left with a beautiful pink beauty.
How exciting! What store did you visit and what time did you happen to go? I’ll be at the Wynn 3/24 - 3/25 and looking to start my Hermes journey (not expecting any offers, but will start building my sales history)

I went to Crystals a week ago and met a wonderful SA. I was skeptic initially but we connected so well. I purchased few items that were on my check list and and my SA offered me Evelyn TPM in black and gold. It was on my list and was super happy! :-)

It was at Wynn at around dinnertime. I think it's most important to find an SA that you click with. During my visit there were a few SAs that didn't look too helpful so I knew my chances with them would be low.

Interesting - my experiences at Hermes Wynn were always pretty bad. I am faithful to Hermes Bellagio at this point.

I've heard that Wynn is super hit or miss without much grey - you're either treated like royalty or... well, not. I have always had a good experience when just browsing as this is not my home store, but I definitely have girlfriends who have not shared this...

Bellagio, on the other hand, seems to be pretty consistent in terms of a great experience with friendly and sunny SAs.

I’ve gotten bad service at all 3
