I also prefer structured bags as totes.
Senreve. The good thing about their larger bag is that there is built in laptop compartment and many other compartments. I know they have somewhat bad rep in TPF but I love my maestra. They have a couple of tote models.

If you aren't averse to 2nd hand market, LV in Suhali leather Ferragamo Arianna/Verve Proenza Schouler PS1

Pre pandemic, I carried a very similar list of items as you are looking to fit (and also found the LePliage way too unstructured) and I found the Mulberry Bayswater too small some days (and I walk to work, so it gets very heavy). If you can stand the weight, and are open to preowned, take a look at the old version of Mulberry Bayswater Tote.

Mulberry also now makes a different, newer Bayswater Tote but I find the strap drop too long.

Totes that have worked for me are the Clare V Le Zip Sac and Kate Spade used to make a nylon tote that was a lot like the Prada one, but I don’t see it online at the moment.

I think the Celine Cabas is one of the best looking classic totes out there, and there’s two different sizes. It would be lightweight, but I suppose it doesn’t have a ton of structure.

I’m also considering this series from Tod’s for when my current tote dies. I think this is gorgeous, and it has really good organizational structure. I suspect heavier tho.

I just got the Longchamp Large City Tote which is a zippered, structured, lightweight coated canvas tote with 2 inner pockets. Perfect for work and I can fit tons in it, including my 15" laptop with a sleeve. Editing to add that I have retired my Neverfull GM for this one.

With all that stuff to carry, perhaps look into a medium sized tote + a smaller purse or something?? That's a lot of weight for your shoulder or arm to carry. Or maybe consider a backpack + a tote. I'd seriously consider some other carrying options before getting a giant tote. If you *have* to carry just one bag than make it nylon or canvas one -- leather options would add too much weight. Perhaps consider a Goyard -- similar to the LV NF but less well-known in some areas.

I love my Ferragamo Trifolio Tote. It's soft but structured, and the handle length works nicely on the shoulder but doesn't feel awkward when carried by hand.

Right now I carry a tote and a backpack. I’m trying to avoid carrying both as it’s a pain during the day. I don’t mind the weight as i9noy have to get from my car to my classroom. The multiple bags thing now is driving me nuts.

How has it held up. My big concern with Goyard is that none of their totes look like they could be used daily for years on end. And, at Goyard prices I need it to. I have the same concern about FLP.
I just got it last month, so I can't give insight into longevity. However, Artois is far sturdier than St. Louis, which has known strap problems and is not made for heavy use.

If you care about size and function, buy a decent bag that has the features you need made from good quality material. I find small bag shops sell unique bags that's stylish and perfectly suits your needs. Don't pay attention to the labels that cost 10x more.

Where do I find small bag shops online? I live in a small town and so I need to buy online, and I wont buy from places like Etsy.
