I was hoping I could get some recommendations for large work totes (contemporary or luxury is fine). I carry the following items: laptop, iPad Air, a stack of papers, LV agenda gm, bento box, water bottle, and then mini pochette, cardigan (at times), wallet, six ring key, and other odds and ends including my phone. I’ve tried the following totes and found them all to be too small:

Neverfull MM (I’m not so crazy about the obvious branding for a work bag)
Tory Birch Perry Tote
Longchamp Le Pilage
Cuyana Structured Tote
Marc Jacobs Large Tote Bag (I could make the size work, but, I found the bag shape weird)

I think I’m looking for a tote that is the size of the Neverfull GM, but I’d like to find something with less obvious/recognizable branding if possible. Light weight is a bonus. I’ve also tried MZ Wallace’s totes, but find their lack of structure unusuable. What other totes are it there that I’m overlooking?

Have you looked at YSL’s leather totes? They’re not that structured but very low key. YSL’s canvas totes are also nice.

Fendi and Burberry also have some nice structured totes. Both leather and canvas.

Moynat’s Oh tote is quite nice, light and durable. It comes in 3 sizes. I have one and I totally beat it up, put it on the ground, etc.

Coach Field tote 40 is a giant of a bag. I've had mine for a good 2,5 years, it's in the brown horse&carriage canvas and I love it. It can easily fit all your necessities. There are several versions in both canvas and leather.
If you want a Le Pliage you can go the customizing route. I have one in the largest (travel bag) size with long handles. It's the same size as a LV NF GM.
Boss is another brand that's usually overlooked when talking business bags. Their bags are amazing and durable. Some are very visibly branded but others are very much under the radar. My Taylor tote only has a small gold foil stamp at the front which I don't mind at all despite my dislike for logos and visible branding. Taylor is 4,5 yrs old now, used it pretty much exclusively for over a year and there's literally no signs of wear. The prices are very reasonable for what you get.

Great suggestions. The field tote is out mostly because I refuse to spend luxury money on a contemporary brand.

I think the long champ isn’t structured enough. I’ll definitely check out boss! Thanks for the recommendations.

You can get a felt organizer for the LP to make it more structured. Works well to keep your stuff in order as well as give structure to the bag.

I'm not sure if I'd count 650 dollars for a leather tote luxury money, but to each their own. I got my 2 field totes in sale, paid 375 and 200€ for them. You can also get Field totes in Coach outlets.

When I did a quick search online they were $1200.

I've yet to buy anything from Italic — they offer "atelier-grade essentials from the same manufacturers as top brands with zero markups and logos", but I know of an awful lot of people who are fans, especially of their home goods (I'm not affiliated). The founder has changed the business model a few times; I think they initially required membership to purchase (this was a turn-off for me), but now it's optional.

Anyways, heck, for $195 ($180 if you're a member of Italic Bold), you'd have nothing to lose by trying this one (from Prada and Miu Miu manufacturers). Sleek and clean with no branding
Editing to add that it might require an organizer to give it the structure you're looking for, but the flat bottom makes it interesting.
