I’ve seen some suggestions for scratches to use Chamberlains leather conditioner and lightly buff the scratch with a very soft cloth, but I haven’t tried it myself.

maybe you can exchange if you haven’t used the bag yet and it’s not too late?

I bought it in Paris and I’m not there anymore. I have been puffing it out and now it is a very light hairline scratch. The other thing is I got two authentic cards with serial numbers and I don’t know which one belong to my bag.
