**PALM SPRINGS GARDENS** only ONE brown monogram set available today (6/23/19). It was a available online this afternoon, but as soon as I put it in my cart successfully, then got up to go get my credit card, literally 1 minute later, it was 'unavailable' again. I called customer service, they put me on hold. They called 3 stores in the US, two stores just sold out and the 3rd store had 2 available in their stock. Both I and the customer service rep were on hold for 10 mins, but the in-store never came back on the phone line. We hung up after that, but the rep said she'd put me on a general waitlist. I was so upset. Being persistent, I called customer service AGAIN, to deliberately get different rep, who AGAIN called the palm springs gardens store (on hold again, with no answer from that store). I sadly asked the customer service rep if she could keep trying for me (after we hang up), and if she did finally get them on the phone (or via their internal email), to have them call me directly so I could purchase over the phone. BINGO! 15 mins later the palm springs gardens LV store called and I placed the order. Right now, there's only ONE left in the US, at that store.
