As to your second point - did any of Kris' kids need ALL that surgery? No, but they did and went overboard.
So yes, North is certainly cute and if she has the arrogance of her father, she may say, nah, I'm perfect enough and refuse to cut and paste her face and body.
Khloe greatly benefitted from plastic surgery. She went from regular to pretty, imo.
Robert could use weight management surgery. It would be life changing for him, IMHO.
Kendall went from pretty to model ready.
