Key holders/pouches, PITA or not?

I highly recommend one. Mine has a long strap, and can be worn as a necklace or wrap around the bag handle. The only annoying thing about wrapping around the handle is that I constantly have to take it on and off when I switch bags (sometimes a couple times a day), but I find it so useful that I don’t need to fish for the keys, and with a cross body bag it makes easy when I have my toddler with me. Mine looks like this, and right now it’s on a small cross body bag.

I have one & ironically it’s used to store keys to my parents home and I never use it.
I personally find it cumbersome given that I also have car keys similar to the previous post. if you carry smallish bags the last thing you want is to have another thing in your bag that takes up more space and add to the weight just like another wallet.
For the money I’d rather get a pair of shoes, sunnies or scarf.

I think this is exactly how I feel. Space in some of my bags is so tight, another pouch probably won’t fit unless it’s super flat. And then it might be too small to fit my keys. But I’ll look into the LV empreinte. Thank you for the suggestion

I bought the LV 6 key pouch and hated it. I have one door key plus my car fob and that’s all. Other keys (work, spares for family, back gate) are all kept hidden in my car. I keep my own door key on a lanyard round my neck as I often pop out to the shops or walking the dog and I don’t want my car fob with me. If I go out in the car I leave my key/s in the glove box and then I only have the fob which won’t scratch anything in my bag.

The most annoying thing about the LV was that the hooks are short and it got in the way when opening the lock. Also when driving a car without keyless the holder is rattling about on my knees.
