My theory is that Kylie is feeling like she's not going to be able to "keep up" with her sisters $$$-wise, unless she gets it through other means. I keep on saying it, I definitely see a sex tape in this girl's future.. heck, that's how the lame brained Kim got her start. Kendall will continue with her modeling career, but really.. what does Kylie have?

The article states that there is no age limitation for drinking in France. That's not true, it's illegal to serve or sell alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18.

I thought the legal age was 16? I went there on a school trip in high school and we were allowed to have a glass of wine with dinner.
They changed it like five years ago I think. No one cares though. I was underage and they served me alcohol. They actually looked at me like I was a freak if I said I didn't want any wine with dinner. You're allowed to drink at home at any age too I believe. I think they're just not allowed to sell it to you.
Kim went on BC with her mother's approval when she was 14, kylie is 17. I don't think they are traveling to have sex or drink legally, I think they are traveling together because they are a couple.

Could be the same as in Germany? You're allowed to drink wine, beer, champagne etc from 16, but have to be 18+ to drink hard likka like vodka, tequila, etc...
