Yes, if you want to wear a tube top fine, but why pair it with pants with a bib, why not plain black pants? I don't understand all black in this weather anyway. If I were in CA I would be wearing a cute sundress!

I also think it's messed up the way some of you are calling Kylie less pretty and saying she's going to get pregnant etc. She's 15 years old. That's not OK in my opinion even if you don't approve of how she dresses. I think both Kendall and Kylie are pretty girls.

The latest outfit is interesting. I want to know why this family has an obsession with wearing black in the summertime. It's a billion degrees outside, how is she not melting?
