Second that! That outfit is so not appropriate for a 15 year old to wear! Boobs hanging out, skin tight clothes and heels? If she was in her twenties I think it would be way more acceptable, but not for a 15 year old! I´m suprised Bruce let her leave the house like that.

She is way too young to be wearing that. These girls don't understand the outcome of what they wear and how people perceive you quite yet. It's something you develop later on and then you can choose to dress a certain way because you want people to perceive you as such.

They don't dress any different than how i dressed in high school, which was only 3 years ago. Tight pants and low cut tops are the norm. I don't see anything wrong with it. If you go to Forever21 or any of those young people stores, all the dresses are short, pants are tight, crop tops, etc. That's where teenagers are shopping. I guess i don't understand all the shock, i'm used to seeing outfits like theirs all the time when i was their age. Some of you would probably drop dead if you saw pics of what i wore to parties in middle school.

I think it usually depends on where your from. Where I live if you saw a 15 yr old dressed like that...eyebrows certainly are raised in shock. It screams, "easy" "attention hog", etc etc.

Well there's a difference between sexy and skanky. Kendall and Kylie dress a little sexy sometimes but most girls their age do. There comes a point where you look skanky, which is what i would call inappropriate. I don't get the big deal with the way these girls dress, really. They never look skanky to me. They usually look really cute. I don't think there's anything wrong with showing a little skin and getting into fashion when you're a teenager.

I often wonder where the people who are appalled by teens dressing that way are in real life, because every single teen I knew/know in real life dressed/dresses that way from the age of about 12, and their parents are the ones who buy the clothes for them so. And it's not like I live in New York or LA, I live in a pretty average neighborhood.
