I think Kendull is definitely more at ease/natural with females. She always comes off awkward around men. I don't know if she is gay I kind of feel like if she was she'd exploit it, that is what this family is all about. I think she's a bit gender fluid and is just happy to get attention from anyone their gender isn't really that important just as long as she's the center of attention.
