Tbh, I’m surprised she didn’t use fat transfer surgery to the breasts like YouTuber Haley Baylee. Those seem less risky.
No silicon involved, and they are permanent because it is your own fat. At least that is what they say today. Like fillers were not supposed to migrate, now MRIs are showing otherwise.

If Kylie went this route, she wouldn’t have to say she had implants, because those would be her fat in her breasts. 😂 I’m not sure about silicon implants … those could leak and enter your bloodstream, couldn’t it?

She mentioned the doctor - is she paid for that? The Ks do seem to have nice implants.
It’s a bit late for Kylie to sidestep the question of implants. Are these her second set now?
She’s seems to have had some regrets with procedures/surgeries. I wonder if she’s observed her older sisters and learned from her own cosmetic disasters and is ready to try and be more honest. Seems she’s tapped back on some of her upkeep that has always aged her.
I must be old fashioned but I think that for such a young girl, who was naturally pretty before all this, to have PS, and a lot of it aswell, is just CRAZY!!!!!!!
Agreed to an extent. She was howeve, nothing special before all the surgeries. I’ve seen prettier girls locally when I’m out and about.
Yes of course, Kendall was always prettier than Kylie but to totally change her features so young is ridiculous. Being the mother of 4 and grandmother of 8 kids, I think parents should be more responsible and teach their offspring what the real values in life are and to accept themselves as they are. Only as responsible adults, later in life, they can decide if they really want to do all this PS. But, seing what all the other members of her family have gone through it's hardly surprinsing!
I think that she’s scaled back on the PS because she’s a mom to a young little girl. I think that she realizes that she doesn’t want her daughter to go through the same **** she did growing up. This is why she’s being half honest about her PS now. She also grew up on TV in the public eye and with PMK as her mom and all of her older sisters going through multiple PS procedures, this was her normal. She also saw the backlash Khloe had as the ugly sister as a young child. As she got older with teenage insecurities went to her mom wanting to fix all her perceived imperfections. PMK being who she is used all her connections to beautify her so she could make her Kim 2.0. The only hitch in PMK’s plan is she got pregnant and for the most part went into hiding for the majority of her pregnancy. I think that having a kid was a catalyst for her to reevaluate her feelings on her body image.
