Has anyone here received the Ken Scott super mini marmont? I have an estimated delivery date of April 30th, but the customer service rep said a few people are already receiving them.

I think they're cool.

As a rule, I'm not so into designer sneakers/trainers but these are perfect for the Summer, a kind of alternative, more sporty loafer.

I already have a leather (non-KS X) Flora horse-bit loafer, every bit as busy but with a white background. I don't find them difficult to style at all.

I ordered the mini marmont on february 28th with an estimated arrival of march 15th, but the CS rep said I should expect it in around 4 weeks from now. I’ve never ordered anything from Gucci before; are the dates on the website usually this off?

I loved this article so much that I ordered the white ken Scott Marmont bag. I also ordered a python small Jackie O bag. Both were on back order and when I placed the order they were to be delivered by March 15th. After 5 calls to Gucci customer service I finally got an email saying the Marmont shipped yesterday. Also got an email that there was an issue with the billing on the Jackie O because of the value my cc company thought it was fraud. I spent an hour on the phone with Gucci customer service today trying to update the billing info and was rudely told I could not. After waiting a month and a half for a $3500 bag I was so badly treated by Gucci. Have been a loyal shopper with them for years. So disappointed because I ordered these for my birthday and just puts a bad taste in my mouth for the company. Have never had such a bad experience with other luxury retailers.

Sorry to hear. It sounds like the issue was the cc company. I’ve had this happen many times with large purchases with lv as the cc company flags it as fraud. You can always call your cc company before a large purchase to let them know so it’s not denied.

I absolutely would have called my cc company but the bag was a month and a half late being charged to me and Gucci didn’t tell me when they would be charging it. Bad situation I guess but just rudely treated by the Gucci reps I spoke with.
