Hi, I think it's fine if you are in a cosmopolitan city, if you are in a very conservative city, then, it might take some courage to carry it.
Either way, get what you love, don't worry about what others think. My younger brother would like to get one some day (and we are both in a conservative city), so, he said he might use it just as a wallet (inside a bag) instead of using it as a clutch, but if he goes to fashionable cities for travels, he would use it as a clutch
