On looking forward to being pregnant (interview given before her big pregnancy announcement!): “Everybody calls me fat all the time, so I can’t wait to have a reason, instead of everybody just being a jerk!”

On how she thinks she’ll lose her baby weight: “I’ve never been Gisele Bündchen, so ain’t nobody expectin’ that! I like to set a [low] standard so people don’t expect a lot.”

On her wedding to Brandon Blackstock: “I bawled like a baby. We both wrote our own vows, and it was hard to get through them, but I did it. … Brandon was like, ‘The Notebook ain’t got nothin’ on me—come on!’ And he took me out [on the lake] in a rowboat. It was very sweet. The whole thing was perfect.”

Kelly Clarkson is holiday red while performing on The Voice on Tuesday (December 3) in Universal City, Calif.

The 31-year-old singer sang her new song “Underneath the Tree,” which will be featured on her upcoming show Kelly Clarkson’s Cautionary Christmas Music Tale.

“So I just saw the best vocal performance ever on @NBCTheVoice ….holy crap Tessanne can sing! Beautiful, just beautiful! And classy!” Kelly tweeted the day before about the show.
