It is impossible to get a K online from H directly. You could try many of the trusted resellers. Actually many Kellys are under retail:

@papertiger gave you excellent advice. In your position, it would probably be best keep an eye on resalers and look for a preowned Kelly in one of the larger sizes (if you are ok with that) as the smaller ones are currently in a much higher demand. I think that would really be your best bet aside from having a friend go to Paris FSH for you, but it has become more and more difficult over the years to obtain an appointment (through the online system) and even with one you aren’t guaranteed a quota handbag or even any handbag. Is there a particular style (Sellier or Retourne), leather, color and hardware that you have your heart set on? Quite a few members have purchased vintage box Kellys and they are usually less expensive then new and can be beautifully restored either by oneself with help from @docride and the techniques she shares as well as the products she uses or by the Hermes spa. If you do decide to go the resaler route, please be sure to have it professionally authenticated.
