EDIT: I lied. That's Allison Williams above. She is also an actress. Katy is sitting with Shannon Woodward though. Or at least that's what they said on the red carpet show. Maybe they made a mistake, and they meant Allison Williams.

I don't get it either... as my BF said: "it looks like she has 'droopers'". They're big and they seem natural, but I don't get the fuzz.
I liked the hair. I wish she would wear less makeup though. She cakes it on sometimes. She doesn't need all of that.
