A small number of my friends don't even know who or what Chanel is. Maybe it's because we don't have a store here (boohoo!).

Are you from up North too?? Not all the youngsters have them but many do!! Tell me about it, I want a Chanel store in Scotland!! Preferanly up North!!

Central belt but I imagine it's just the same. There's a HUGE Primark in Glasgow where they sell the copy bags for under £10. That's why they're so popular.

I'm sure I seen a J12 style watch in Next as well. They're everywhere!

It would do serious damage to my bank account if there was a Chanel in Scotland lol.

Oh well, Chanel inspired bags have been around for decades, and designers have been copying each other for ages. No surprise that others want to cash in on the Chanel magic. I really can't say I blame those bags... I just feel sorry for them. If I had to be a crappy bag, I'd be a Chanel wannabe too!

I've only seen 'inspired' bags with reissue hardware, albeit with low quality fabric/leather. The colors certainly canNOT hold a candle to the real deal, so be happy with the authentic pieces that you girls own!

The truth is almost everyone is copying one another! i wonder who first came out with patent design donkey yrs back. and who is the one who decided to relaunch designs with patent leather..... and everyone doing so again!

I would love to see them in person. They look nice to me, and they have the KS name plainly displayed so I would not have a problem with carrying one.
