I think it's her eyes. She used to have eyes that were a little more "crinkly" when she smiled which I loved. Her features were a little sharper. We all soften as we get older but I think Kate may have been tweaked.

Still gorgeous but a little different to the photos taken in April of 2014.

Something's def off! I noticed it when she was on the AMA's. Even DH commented on her "look". I know she has had something done, but what? Hope she doesn't do anymore. I was watching Serendipity the other day; she does not look the same.

Just remembered she presented with Adrien brody and he was hogging all of her space and the microphone what a DB. Didnt like him before and now he seems so gross.

Loved, loved, loved this dress!! Kate looked stunning.

I have to bump this thread. I love Kate. I love that she only pops up every now and then because it proves she's living a real life and not desperately calling the paps. She always seems blissfully happy. Plus she and I have almost the exact same street style.

Her face looks different. Make up is gorgeous. But she has that Hollywood plastic look to her face now. Fillers, botox, or something. Very Nicole Kidman-ish.

Botox for sure. Ugh. Another one bites the dust. Is there any actress who didn't try to poison?

I agree about the fillers. If you go back through this thread and look at past photos of her and then view the recent pics the difference is shocking. She still looks pretty, it's just the fillers are so obvious
