Juste Un Clou JUC Bracelet Sizing thread

I stack mine but the sizing is proper so mine has only crossed a Love maybe 2-3x ever.
I have 3 Loves and a small Juc that I wear closest to my hand with nail head touching Love to further prevent scratching.
I wouldn’t wear the same size in both regularly since even with correct sizing the Juc has already switched with a Love a few times.
I do pair it with my watch sometimes since my stack is thicker than I like for me personally.

Hi everyone. I just bought a size 15 regular JUC to go with my size 15 love. I know the “rule” is for JUC to be a size smaller than the love but there is no size 14 at my boutique that I’m purchasing while on vacation. My SA got me to try on size 14 thin JUC and while that fit perfectly, she told me that size 14 of regular JUC would be tight on me given how much thicker the piece is compared to the thin JUC. As mentioned in posts on this thread, stacking the same size love and JUC will cause over crossing and scratches and since size 14 regular JUC is not available and not ideal (according to my SA), how do you wear or stack your loves and JUC? Should I just call it a day and wear my slightly looser size 15 JUC on my other wrist than my love? Just want to make sure I’m not making a mistake with sizing here
AFAIK the thin and regular JUC should have the same inner diameter as the inner diameter is being measured, not the outer. I would not go with both bracelets being the same size as they will scratch each other.
My small JUC is 1 size smaller than my small Love and they never overlap.
If you can’t get the size you want, I’d rather not get it at all. These bracelets are too expensive to just accept any size a given boutique have just because you’re traveling and may get it at a few hundred bucks less than in your local home boutique.

I recently bought the small JUC in yellow gold. I can't remember if it was a size 15 or 16. I am hoping to stack it with a VCA Alhambra bracelet and a clash bracelet/or love at some point. Do you guys recommend sizing up or do you think the current size is ok? I didn't give this too much thought at the time, but after reading online I am now unsure. The current size does feel good and is pretty comfortable, but I do like the look of a looser bracelet that goes further down my arm. But not sure if looser will be less comfortable?

Hi!! I found this thread today while contemplating to add VCA bracelet to my wrist. I have a small JUC that fits similar to yours, may I know if you ended up adding the VCA to your stack? Does it get entagled with your JUC? Thanks

Hi, this reply is probably too late, but I wanted to comment on the sizing. The small JUC in size 14 will have a similar fit to the regular or small Love in size 15, but the regular JUC in size 14 will fit slightly smaller because the nail head is much bigger and thicker on the regular size JUC so it protrudes into the skin more. The small JUC is also flexible, so the head of the nail does not press into the skin, while the regular JUC is rigid so the head of the nail will press into the skin if it is fitted (since the JUC tends to move up or down the arm and can get wedged/stopped at the part of the arm where it is just thick enough for the nailhead to get stuck there and not move because it is anchored in your skin. So while typically JUC 14 would be your best size for the small or the regular JUC, in reality, depending on your exact wrist size and shape of your wrist, you may need to wear a 15 or none at all.

I did get the VCA but I don't wear it with the JUC that often. I got the clash bracelete that I wear with the JUC every day now. But when I do wear the JUC, clash and VCA, it doesn't bother me too much or doesn't get too tangled.

Hi all, I’m in need of some advice because I’m driving myself crazy.

My wrist is widest at the wrist bone and below (towards my hand). It seems to measure 14-14.5cm depending on the time of day, etc. It’s the dead of winter here for reference.

When my size 15 regular JUC goes on/over my wrist bone, it constricts my wrist if my wrist is tensed or moving at all. I can feel it squeezing my wrist if I spread my fingers out or flex my wrist down. Otherwise it has a little room to wiggle if my wrist is relaxed. It has plenty of room above my wrist (towards my elbow) to move around a couple inches.

So how does everyone’s JUC fit on their wrist (when on the wrist bone and when below your wrist towards your hand)? Is it normal to feel constriction when flexing and gesturing with your hand?

Mine definitely has a looser fit than yours, it’s not constructing no matter how I move my hand. It’s a size 16 and my love is a 17, for reference.

Have you tried the 16 for comparison?

I would try the 16 to compare. You might be in between sizes. I know for me, I’m really a 15.5 (it’s not made but it’s the way my SA and I talk about it) so I went with the 16 in love. When I tried the 15 it definitely fit, but was constricting. For the JUC, I actually just tried on the 15 (manifesting I get it this year!!) Here is the fit. It wasn’t constricting at all, but again if I’m a 15.5 (in theory) in love bracelet, I’m perhaps a 14.5 (again theoretical) in JUC. Pictures show how far up and down the 15 go on me.

I did, but very quickly. As soon as the SA put it on my wrist, he said it was way too big and took it off. It definitely moved a ton up and down my arm, but I didn’t get a chance to see how it felt at my wrist. I’m sure it would be more comfortable there, but likely too loose further up my arm. I have a feeling I’m really between sizes. I asked the SA repeatedly if the 15 was too small and he said no. Ugh :-/

And thank you for your response!

I just wanted to thank you both! I went back to try on the 16, and my SA insisted it was too big. However it felt better on my wrist and, so after what felt like an eternity, I finally decided to swap for the 16.

been wearing my JUC for a week now, not even sure if I can still exchange it for smaller size, but the more I wear it the more I feel it’s too big and a bit annoying when it slides up and down my wrist(also worry it will hit on things easily). I have a love in size 17, this JUC is also 17. What do you all think?
