Stores are not accepting repair assessments right now. You can email them photos + provide a description of the problem. The email is listed on their website.
Thank you, I did not see that the important notice online. I rarely on their website now. lol
I feel like email inquiries would be a nightmare to deal with now with this pandemic.

I completely understand. I am still at the virtual assessment stage so I want to get to the next stage as soon as possible. I understand with everything going on it’s hard, but these items are expensive so I wish just a little bit better customer service. I just sent over another email on top of the last email I sent so I hope they answer soon but I might have to give them a call. :-s
Oh yeah I am totally with you on that one, I would expect better customer service either way. I hope they reply to you quickly!

Hi,
Would anyone happen to know if you can call customer service to make an appointment? I live almost 3 hours away from an LV and will be in town next week. Looked at the calendar online and appts are booked out until beginning of Oct. would i be able to call customer service and see if i can get in next week?

I realize this is an old post, but I have an LV bag peeling on the canvas coating. Rarely used and babied. This week I noticed my mother's bag purchased at the same time is also peeling (she was unaware and shocked when I pointed it out). I have been told they will not accept repairs and to take them to a local store for an assessment. We are 5 hours away from a store. It seems to get worse where there is a fold or every time I carry it. Has anyone had successful restoration or a reason why this happens? May be my last LV for good.

Any damage to the canvas material is not repairable. LV claims that this could be due to hand sanitizer or alcohol based products. I’m not sure if this pertains to you.
