Hi. I have two Ali's (one in white, one in whiskey). Love them both. You will get alot of wear from this bag.
I am not sure about this handbag being made in two different types of leathers. My whiskey one is the vintage leather which is so soft. I have not see the Ali in Pebble leather. By the way, Congrats on your Bag!

So....IF you had to choose just ONE Ali, would you choose White or Whiskey? Is the white easy to keep clean? Do you think it can be a year-round bag - like WINTER white...it's fashionable now, isn't it??

I love the Ali but i am hesitant because i am not a huge fan off really structured bags. It looks structured, but is it? or is it more slouchy?

It becomes much less structured as you use it and it slouches quite nicely. :smile1: The one I'm using now is in signature and at first it didn't slouch very much, but now it does and looks quite nice. ;)

I have the white Ali as well, but haven't used it yet so I can't speak for how easy it would be to keep clean. BUT I definitely think it can be used as a year-round bag. When I bought it the SA told me that since it was more of a "winter white" that you can use it year round. I think it's fashionable, but that's me. ;)

I am thinking about the brown and was anxious to see if you kept yours. Do you love it now. Are there too many variations in the color?

I really do like it now, the variations are subtle, I can see the sheen developing on the back of the bag from rubbing against my clothing, like a smooth polishing. It is reminding of me of a well oiled, well used baseball glove. I imagine it's going to develop its character. It is softer and slouchier than the black and white. It scuffs easily but can be rubbed out, I also rubbed Appleguard conditioner all over it, it rubs out the scuffs without changing the color.

If you love Ali and like brown I don't think you'll be disappointed! Eventually I will get Whiskey maybe even the natural.

I frequently change between white, black and now brown. My white is the most used, had it the longest. It is not hard for me to keep clean and I live in the country, dust, dirt, gritty dirt. I wipe it down frequently with the Appleguard conditioner. I have had it since last October, some fear yellowing but that hasn't happened maybe b/c of appleguard. The corners and strap still look nice and clean.

This white isn't typical winter white, some else posted thinking it was more of a chalk white perhaps that is the best desciption. I do not hesitate to use it and it's spring!

Thanks for the warm wishes. I've been busy lately so the Ali is still in the dust bag in the Coach carrier bag. I will take pics soon. I was downtown today at a convention and saw so many people with signature bags but just one person carrying the Ali. I think that's why I'm attracted to the leather coach bags, they are not so obvious and seem more unique.
