I know it's been a while since we ran a community giveaway on TPF. So I thought to kick off the Spring/Summer season with a little giveaway for the TPF community.

We're giving away a brand new Polene Numero Un Mini in Peach.

POLENE_16052018_-1647-portrait_1000x1400px_1000x1400.jpg

Eligible is anyone registered on TPF, no matter the location.

To enter, just respond in this thread and share your summer plans with us - be it a fancy vacation or a chill staycation at home. Please only one entry per person. The little contest is running until end-of-day 3/24/19, the winner will be chosen at random and notified via PM!

Good luck and thanks for playing!

Wow, such a generous giveaway! That bag is gorgeous!

Me and my boyfriend will do the same as usual, we have quite a nice summer routine! We are starting off by travelling to Portugal, as his parents moved from Sweden to the Algarve coast a few years ago, and we love to start of with a little vacay there before all the tourists from around the globe finds their way there! Or, last year we hoped to start a new tradition by taking a "break" in Copenhagen on our way south, so we are hoping to have saved enough money to do the same this year again, as it was lovely to get a little hotel stay for just the two if us, as we are "stuck" with our families the whole summer! But that would only be for 1-2 nights! :) From Portugal we travel back to see my parents, they live in Sweden, and this year we have talked about maybe taking a little road trip by car or train in Europe together with them! That would be amazing! But if we don't I am totally fine with just enjoying the Swedish summer (It's truly wonderful). And then we end the summer by visiting his family's summer house on Gotland (a beautiful, and unique, island outside of Sweden!), it's a quite rare spot on earth! If you are not familiar with Gotland you should definitely google it (and visit it!). :)

What a lovely bag! Thank you for this giveaway. Winters are long, very cold and dreary here, so I am eagerly looking forward to summer. There are two weddings in the family early in the summer. After that, I just hope to relax and fully enjoy the sunshine, wearing summer dresses and sandals and maybe spending some time at the beach.

Thanks for the giveaway. I teach middle school, so I really love summer:smile: I will be in Boston for my birthday in July to see a Red Sox game (long time fan). Then a long weekend on Cape Cod at a friend’s lake house. I never knew there were tons of lakes on Cape Cod until last year:smile:

I am going to visit Marco Massaccesi in Ascoli Piceno Italy. I have been buying bags from his little Atelier for over 10 years. My husband has always wanted to go to Tuscany to learn to cook and I wanted to visit an Italian handbag maker. Those are my summer plans. Thanks for putting this fun competition together.

We are doing a number of thing. First cruise to the southern carribean. Then a trip to Vegas. Then a train trip out West. We are super excited as we have been homebodies the past couple of years.

With no hope to win free bag, I post my plans:

Usually visit Europe couple times yearly. But kinda pissed me off, with new 2021 visa/permit requirement for Americans. Seriously?! Each tiny coffee already costs me 4€! :annoyed:

So, in my usual overkill style: bought a brand new s.u.v. with nav. system tech.
To rebel against stupid required registration/$7 fee.
To travel USA roads & trails instead--we have plenty & coffee/fuel is cheaper.
With dog, slobbering on waterproof kurgo cover in backseat.
With bicycle, hitched up & ready. Wagons, ho!

Considering visit to Graceland, wearing blue suede shoes. Mine for diamonds in Arkansas, hike wilds. East coast beaches, dig for clams. Maybe mountains, but really interested in flatlands this year. And owls. Possibly maple trees.

The big America wander. Packing a first aid kit & towel.

Freedom: it still exists in our choices.
F*** off, ETIAS.

my husband and i hope to take our 3 kids back to Wisconsin Dells this summer- we went last summer and had such a good time! we are often pulled in 3 different directions because of their various sports, so any time spent as a family doing something altogether is special!
