I was at a duty free store yesterday and saw a section of brown bags, a section of light pink and dark pink bags, and a section of yellow bags. It was filled with good inventory of various styles.

Yes, and I also saw crystals on handles (wow) and gold works on handles. They were very pretty.

Stopped by the Chanel store in person for the first time in a loooooong time because I saw a few Chanel 22 minis in the window and was very tempted. Even though I told myself that $5K for one of these was not worth it and that I really shouldn't... I tried them on and what can I say? I'm a sucker for a crossbody bag. :lol: Also, I've been eying the Chanel caramel color and so I couldn't pass up this one, hehe. The color is truly so beautiful in person!

Congrats! I absolutely LOVE this season's caramel. Honestly, it took me by surprise and I didn't know Chanel was releasing such a gorgeous caramel! I thought 22A had a good caramel but the 23A caramel really blew it out of the park for me! The previous caramels from 2021 and 2022 are so milky compared to 23A's caramel. The caramel on your mini 22 is the perfect blend of dark, burnt buttery sugar!

Thank you!! I was honestly surprised by this season's caramel as well. :) I had liked prior seasons' but wasn't completely sold on them, so I kept putting off getting something in caramel. When I saw this one in person, I just had to take it home with me because it's just as you've described it - that perfect deep richness of a burnt caramel. :love:

I purchased the small flap top handle with crystals! Soooo excited!!

I absolutely love the small classic flap look minus the annoyance of the double flap and the price. Love that its top handle, so the white doesn't get brushed against clothes and love the edge stitching.

I was also offered it in the mini size but had to decline for the same reason I had to decline the 23S white top handle - the quality wasn't great with alignment issues, stitching issues and the flap appearing lopsided. For the price, I'm so happy I waited and chose the small.

I swore I would never buy lambskin again but… just got the 23A mini flap with crystal top handle in black. Just barely fits my iphone max pro. They had it in navy, fuchsia, and white. Black was $5500 (Las Vegas).
The lovely SA also convinced me to buy lambskin heels with the dainty chain straps. I’m so tired of the giant CCs everywhere on the shoes so this was perfect for me.
Will also post the metier and cruise yellow bags they had that I wished I could also buy!
Lastly, here’s the leather conditioner they use in store for scratches etc.
Service was wonderful at this shop, where they even gave my child a Chanel coloring book and a set of Chanel colored pencils to keep her entertained.

Wow. I love your purchases. I was at the Osaka airport on Tuesday, saw the crystal handle in fuchsia. It was drop dead gorgeous. But I couldn't think of an occasion to carry one because my lifestyle is so simple now. This bag is more for special occasions and parties, and realistically, I don't have any lined up for at least 6 months. :shocked: :biggrin: :biggrin:

But I'm glad you got one, it's just simply DIVINE. Congrats!

Thanks for sharing the leather lotion. I use to use Cadillac leather lotion I’m wondering if any of you ladies have tried the Four Seasons one? Which do you prefer?

Finally got a 22 bag in small. I wanted either a white or colored one in small (I prefer the slightly more generous strap drop). They had many colors, ended up going for this 23A with the black logo and GHW because the leather felt the sturdiest. All of the ones i looked at were the shiny calf but some of them were super thin, like half as thin feeling! Also the slightly more sporty vibe goes with my personal style :)
