Will do, it will take a while (max. 6 weeks), but definitely will do. Either I will need to return it, due to declined repair request (and all bags will be at that time gone anyway, so I won't have any bag) or I will get repaired with new front reverse mono flap. I am really hoping they won't charge for the repair, because they told me that it is possible. Is not that crazy??? New bag, I claim a repair because it is defective and I will be charged for their defective product? So my bag will be the most expensive bag ever among allRPM! Sale price + Repair = Cost for reverse PM. I honestly do not know what I will do... I will probably give up... and most probably will give up LV as well in general... this is too much for me...

I didn't know they'd be gone so soon. I thought they would hang out for awhile since they're still very popular. Was it the glazing? I've read so many have glazing issues. Makes me very nervous. Oh heck no. That's just ridiculous. Charged for a well known issue and it being a brand new bag. Even using it, I wouldn't expect them to charge since it is a known problem. And brand new? I'd be no way. Yes that's crazy. I can't believe they would do that . Can they do that for a brand new bag that came damaged already. You received it that way. Hearing this makes me mad. Not good. I sure hope they don't charge and if they can't fix it they should offer a replacement or credit. I wouldn't blame you at all. That's so not cool. I would definitely not pay. There's other great bags out there. My heart goes out to you on this one. . Can't believe they would even suggest you pay for repair. :cursing:

Right? But...LV...money-grab...they know that I have no choice when I really want that bag, because all the stock is gone...so they simply take an advantage of that...business wise it is smart, customer-wise, I won't come back to such store...we will see. That is the worst scenario, I am hoping for a better outcome...

Yeah. Hurts the loyal customers though. I guess they're so large that losing a few good customers doesn't even make a dent to them. Sad though. I hope so too. I've read on here some happy endings too. :smile:
