Are there any photos out with the polar bears animation for Christmas this year?
Bought my DA NF in May and love it so much decided to get my sister the DE for her birthday next week. Had to inspect it out of the box and compare. Think they look cute!

When I ordered the bag I did not choose over night delivery like most of the gals mentioned here, so I got MIUS, what is not a problem for me at all. BUT I supposed to get an item directly from the factory, because I ordered online, but no, they tracked down one from East coast, of course not perfect and damaged, so I requested a repair, due to limited stock, I have no other option... So I have and at the same time I do not have the bag...but the money are gone...It is weird that I placed an order on last Friday and because someone ordered 3-4 days after me but over night delivery gets the new one from the factory and not me...I paid the same money...again money, money, money rule this world no justice or good manners. Anyway, I am thankful that I was able to order one and I am hoping that everything will work out also for me. I have PM in Mono MIF directly from Paris, so I do not mind to have an American sister in reverse...
All this process it is just so stressful...I am not going to order any bag almost out of stock anymore...it is not worth the money, energy and stress...I am so sorry to hear what a hassle it has turned into. So disappointing. You're absolutely right. It should not matter at all if it's overnight . You should receive a perfectly good bag no matter what. I too like them from the factory. I have a great SA that I've been working with for awhile and if she feels a bag they have in store isn't perfect she'll order a new one. I too hope everything works out for you and it's resolved. You shouldn't have to go through the stress. The Reverse will be my only bag for awhile now so the France is kinda important.
