My mom's going to be 90 next January and it's always in the back of my mind.Thank you. Nothing prepares you. Nothing.I'm so sorry.
I'm absolutely sure of that. My dad passed about 3 1/2 years ago and I'm only realizing now how much I miss him, I shut my mind off when I thought about it until the last six months or so, just concentrated on mom. All of the men in that generation of my family passed within six months of each other and only the matriarchs are left.
I'm so sorry. It sucks so bad. Sad to think there's a big spot in all of us waiting to hollow out when we lose parents. No one is spared. Hold your mom tight and drink up your time with her.

So, yesterday, my first C tag arrived.
A bag I hold very dear to my heart, especially considering the wonderful and incredibly sweet lady she belonged to.

I've had a couple green Bal bags, like VT, Sapin, Olive, 03 and 06 Emerald. But this little beauty beats them all, imo.
Some call it "the color of money", but officially it's called Mystery Green.
This beautiful green shade combined with PH and I'm a goner.
I added a strap I really like which enables me to wear her crossbody.
I had to reel myself in and only took "some" pics, lol.
I am so happy I get to add this gorgeous gal to my Bal babies
